The Certificate is redeemed by the recipient contacting us by e-mail or telephone to indicate preparedness to do the course. Courses are run at various times during the year and once the recipient has contacted us we will then keep them informed of potential dates.
The certificate does not have a ‘use by’ constraint.
Each certificate has a number required for redemption.
