The Certificate is redeemed by the recipient by either selecting a scheduled workshop from the website store or by contacting us by e-mail or telephone to indicate preparedness to do the workshop. If a workshop is not currently scheduled, once the recipient has contacted us we will keep them informed of potential dates.
The certificate does not have a ‘use by’ constraint.
Each certificate has a number required for redemption.
